Build a quote from your equipment list, send it, and turn it into a signed rental agreement without retyping anything.
Signatures at handover
Customers sign on a phone or tablet when the equipment arrives, with photos of its condition attached to the agreement.
Active rentals
See what is out, where it is and when it is due back, across every site you are serving.
Returns and damage
Check equipment back in against the handover record and note anything missing or damaged while the customer is still there.
How it works on show day
Quote
Pick items from your list, set dates and prices, and send the quote for approval.
Sign and hand over
The customer signs on site. Condition photos are saved with the agreement.
Track and return
Watch what is out and due back, then check it in and close the rental.

Billing
Billed through Stripe, in US dollars, per event or monthly. Card details never touch our systems.
Quote after the demo
We price Halo Hire for your event or venue and send a Stripe quote you can accept online.
Pay how you like
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or US bank transfer, through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically; events are invoiced once.
Receipts and invoices
Every payment comes with a Stripe receipt and a downloadable invoice for your books.
